Membership Agreement
- This Agreement is between you and Harrison Human Resources Pty Ltd (ACN 26 137 880 598) (us, we or our) and relates to your participation in our program known as “my HR Consultants Member Program” (my HR Consultants).
- As a member of the My HR Consultants you understand the information, techniques, skills and concepts shared by the business experts and all audio and video recordings, expert interviews, on-line training videos, checklists, documents, websites and other materials (Program Materials) are not to be relied on as any type of legal, financial or other advice.
- my HR Consultants and the Program Materials may only be used for educational purposes and only for non-commercial use. There is a Professional membership level of my HR Consultants this is suitable for those wishing to use my HR Consultants and the Program Materials for commercial purposes.
- Membership to my HR Consultants is for one company, sole trader or partnership only, and for one user only.
- my HR Consultants, the Program Materials, and user names and passwords provided to you are confidential and must not be given to or shared with other individuals or entities. The only exception to this is you may share relevant information with your staff for the purposes of them implementing the ideas into your business.
- During group sessions, some participants may choose to share with you private information that they do not want repeated outside the my HR Consultants environment. If informed, please be respectful and refrain from discussing such information outside the environment.
- No part of my HR Consultants or the Program Materials may be copied, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcasted, sold or otherwise transferred without our prior consent. We own all intellectual property rights in my HR Consultants and the Program Materials.
- myHR Consultantsis a 12-month program. Payments must be made in advance of each calendar month. There are no cancellations or refunds during this time. Alternatively, you can pay an annual fee in advance and receive a 10% discount.
- Should your credit card expire or bank details change, you will be required to supply new details to ensure your membership payments are made fully and on time. We reserve the right to suspend your access to my Consultantsuntil your payments are up to date.
- After your first 12-months your membership will automatically be renewed and will continue until it is cancelled.
- After your first 12-months of membership, you may cancel your membership. Simply send us an email 14 days prior to your next payment date. You will then be contacted to confirm this action and your login details for my HR Consultants membership site will be suspended at the end of your payment cycle.
- You understand that myHR Consultants may be recording their events which may include filming or audio recording the audience. The recordings may then be used for the creation of physical DVD or CD products or turned into online videos or audios. You give permission for this to occur.
- We reserve the right to vary this Agreement and myHR Consultants, revise my HR Consultants content, or to make other changes to my HR Consultants membership plans as reasonably required.
- No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in myHR Consultants or using the Program Materials.
- We can cancel your membership if you are in breach of this Agreement.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
- By becoming a member of myHR Consultants you agree to all of the above points of the Agreement.
