ADX Depot is a wholesale and retail supplier to the building industry in South Australia, operating across multiple sites.

Having recently developed a new Business Plan, including continued growth and expansion geographically ADX Depot identified the need to systemise the way they managed and motivated their teams, as managers were increasingly spending more time on people issues with their growing team across multiple sites.

ADX Depot was also looking to improve role clarity and KPIs for increased productivity.

Solution

Harrison Human Resources was engaged to help meet the increased HR demands of ADX Depot’s growing business. Services provided include:

  • Conducting a comprehensive HR Audit of ADX Depot’s HR practices and framework, and identification of actions to improve best practice and compliance.
  • Facilitating an Employee Engagement Survey, including report of findings, drafting employee communication of key results, and presentation of results to team.
  • Developing a prioritised 12-month HR Plan.
  • Developing a Sales and Customer Service Incentive Program.
  • Reviewing and developing the ADX Depot organisational structure.
  • Assisting with the development of Behaviours to support the Values, and developing a Code of Conduct incorporating the Behaviours.
  • Developing attraction, selection and recruitment processes.
  • Developing position descriptions with performance measures.
  • Reviewing Award coverage and pay rates, and developing new employment contracts.
  • Reviewing and developing HR Policies and Procedures.
