Hills initially engaged Harrison Human Resources to undertake a HR Audit to establish its human resources compliance requirements and priorities.

Solution

Harrison Human Resources presented a HR Plan to Hills based on the comprehensive HR Audit that prioritised strategies over a 12-month period.

Subsequently, Hills engaged Harrison Human Resources to implement the HR Plan by engaging a 3 day per week HR Manager.
