Through our series of practical and engaging in-person and online workshops, your leaders will learn the fundamentals of communication, coaching, conflict and dispute resolution, decision making, time management, delegation, accountability, and apply the basic principles of great leadership into their everyday work.
They will leverage their unique strengths to create a positive culture and become conduits for high team performance.
Harrisons 2-month Leadership Development Program designed specifically for leaders includes:
- Six interactive workshops covering key leadership topics such as communication, feedback, accountability, time management, coaching, and sustainable leadership.
- Applied learning tasks between sessions to embed learning in the workplace.
- Team-building activities to strengthen teamwork and collaboration.
- Pre- and post-program assessments including a leadership style self-assessment.
The program is delivered in a blended format, combining in-person and online sessions, allowing flexibility and relevance for frontline managers.
Program objectives
- Learn how to inspire, lead and develop yourself and your people
- Develop a deep understanding of why people and leadership matter and how business goals link to performance
- Provide participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence to recruit and select the right team member for the job
- Hold an understanding on how performance management systems can be effectively utilised to raise the performance of individuals and teams by setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback, as well as managing a legally compliant disciplinary process
- Gain an understanding of mental health issues in the workplace, work health and safety and how to prevent and deal with complaints of discrimination and bullying
