Through our series of practical and engaging in-person and online workshops, your leaders will learn the fundamentals of communication, coaching, conflict and dispute resolution, decision making, time management, delegation, accountability, and apply the basic principles of great leadership into their everyday work.
They will leverage their unique strengths to create a positive culture and become conduits for high team performance.
Harrisons 2-month Leadership Development Program designed specifically for leaders includes:
- Six interactive workshops covering key leadership topics such as communication, feedback, accountability, time management, coaching, and sustainable leadership.
- Applied learning tasks between sessions to embed learning in the workplace.
- Team-building activities to strengthen teamwork and collaboration.
- Pre- and post-program assessments including a leadership style self-assessment.
The program is delivered in a blended format, combining in-person and online sessions, allowing flexibility and relevance for frontline managers.
Program objectives
- Develop greater self-awareness of their leadership style and impact, strengthening their ability to lead themselves and others effectively.
- Build stronger communication, trust and influence skills by learning how to adapt their approach to different personalities and workplace situations.
- Gain practical tools to delegate effectively, set clear expectations and hold constructive performance conversations that support accountability and development.
- Strengthen their ability to manage competing priorities and lead effectively under pressure, improving focus, decision-making and resilience.
- Learn how to coach and develop team members, using questioning and listening skills to build capability and confidence in others.
- Create a sustainable leadership action plan to embed the behaviours and habits needed to lead high-performing teams.
