SCOPE THE ROLE TO ATTRACT THE RIGHT CANDIDATES

With our Recruitment and Onboarding service, we will partner with you to fully scope the position requirements including the key success factors. Over the years, we’ve refined our scoping process to optimise success by completely understanding your needs for the role and only submitting best fit candidates.

During the scoping stage, we will facilitate discussions with you to obtain and document a detailed job brief, identify the ideal job personality profile using our psychometric tool, draft a position description and advise on your employee value proposition.

Source potential candidates

Our experienced consultants will then source potential candidates by writing and placing job advertisements. Other sourcing channels and proactive search will be considered and advised on as applicable to the job.

We take responsibility for responding to queries, receiving applications, nurturing candidates and all candidate correspondence.

Select people who fit your criteria

The goal of the select phase is to screen and shortlist candidates who are the right fit for the role and the right fit for your company culture.

In order to present you a shortlist, we conduct a number of thorough checks and assessments in relation to aptitude, personality and references. This includes completing a Personality Profile of the candidate and comparing that to the job profile. Both Personality Profiles will be evaluated to ensure the compatibility of the candidate for the job and identify any gaps.

Onboard for a productive relationship

Once we’ve reached the onboard phase, we will present the job offer to the selected candidate, facilitate negotiation of terms and draft the employment contract. The onboarding process also involves one of our consultants calling the manager and the successful candidate prior to the start date to confirm arrangements for the first day.

One of the key points of difference which sets us apart from recruitment agencies is that we will meet with your new employee and their manager in the first week, plus months 1, 2 and 3 to facilitate a discussion around performance and employee experience.

Only after the successful completion of 3 months’ employment do we receive full payment for the appointment.
