Harrison Human Resources was engaged to undertake the project which included:
- Engaging with key stakeholders across DETE ITB
- gathering workforce data, including MOHRI codes and workforce demographics from DETE’s corporate HR and payroll team
- conducting group and one-on-one data gathering interviews with the ITB HR/Finance personnel around the required review of data
- collating and analysing the data provided by the ITB HR/Finance personnel
- meeting regularly with DETE’s HR and payroll team to scope and project and provide the updated data in the most efficient and useful way

- knowledge and application of workforce data reporting methods, minimum obligatory human resource information (MOHRI) and corporate codes, and Queensland Government IT workforce strategy;
